In connection with a 42M€ mall project on two levels, an estate company asked Argos Construction to analyze the reasons of the delays a consortium of companies had faced and explaining a 8 months delays for 18 months initially planned . The question was to establish the responsibility of each part as some internal disruptions had allegedly been regularized thanks to instructions to proceed though no agreement could be reached when this consortium asked for additional remuneration. Argos Construction then performed a careful delay analysis to understand the link between each issue and their cumulative impact, and to determine how some external disruptions had taken place in the global scheme at the same time.
