Argos Construction intervene in disputes contexts in France or internationally and give an independent opinion regarding delays and quantum in order to help for amicable settlements (including context with state organism) or as technical advisor in disputes procedure.
Our firm is also appointed as expert for a party in amicable settlement or in international arbitration (ICC) in order to determine responsibilities of each party regarding delays as well as quantum.
