Insolvency procedures under French law
We intervene as technical assistant at the request of receiver and liquidator in a context of collective proceedings (safeguarding, receiving, or insolvency) in order to establish global diagnosis and / or review of business plans or specific contracts, review or establishment of receiving plans and their follow up, cut off in case of transfer and assistance in claims and deal with clients’ accounts.

- Our firm has the ability to deal quickly with huge cases requesting important volume of works;
- We intervene in all departments of construction: engineering, infrastructure, civil works, buildings, technical trades, real estates, energy industries (nuclear, petrol and gas).

We have intervened for more than 20 years all over French territory (metropolis and DOM-TOM) and have done several hundreds of missions by Commercial Courts, for all kinds of proceedings. We have an intensive experience in resolution of issues related to partial or full cessation of an activity or contracts terminations, in all kinds of contractual contexts.
