Project contract management in engineering and construction, prevention and treatment of disputes:
We assist our clients in the operational management of their contracts within an approach of disputes prevention and/or claim or litigations contexts. We offer an external expertise, complementarily to all internal departments (financial and legal) and to lawyers firms, with who we work as a team.
Prevention and financial restructuring of construction companies:
We intervene in prevention to difficulties (ad hoc order, conciliation) and during corporate recovery (corporate restructuring, prevention or insolvency procedures under French law) in order to present independent business review (including organizational review), detailed reviews of contracts, operational restructuring and/or financial, financing, cash management.
Our action is spread to the whole French territory and to the international, for small companies as for international groups, for missions in French or English language. We have mainly intervened these last years in North Africa, in Occidental and Central Europe and also in Middle East.
