Review of damages with impacts analysis resulting of the contract termination for a road construction within an arbitration context (ICC).

Objectives

Review of all contractual, administrative and technical documents ;

Opinion on site and head office overheads ;

Opinion on the quantum : works done but not paid, extra costs and damages (increase of works, immobilizations, termination damages) ;

Participation to the cross examination for the Court.
