This case has to be considered in parallel with the precedent one. The Employer introduced many modifications in a railway project which resulted in amendments because of some technical uncertainties. However those amendments did not present proper figures. Thanks to critical path analysis and a careful analysis of the critical events, first, the amendments were rectified; secondly, following events and changes could be anticipated. A new time schedule was established as well as a new assessment of costs. Argos was able to improve the situation in emphasizing the difficulties met. Then both parties decided to extend the contract.

Mission

Assistance in the preparation of the statement of claim for an additional remuneration resulting from the technical changes and according to the contract performance clauses.
