Important delays appeared during landscaping works and the claim presented during the final statement has been rejected by the Employer. The contractor who is a small company has assigned to the Administrative Court the Employer. In the context of the legal expertise, the intervention of Argos Construction with the Contractor as a technical advisor for the establishment and the review of its statements, has contributed to obtain 85k€ as the Court’s decision for a claim of 100 k€.

Recount the story of underwent disruptions;

Justify the extension of time of the contractor taking into account the underwent disruptions;

Analyze the consequences on means mobilization resulting of disruptions and of the extension of time;

Establish of quantification of additional costs and damages.
