This case took place in a sensitive context of painting works which are exposed to damages and the lesser modification has important impacts on manpower cost. Furthermore delays in works handing over have generated an increase of 37% of the durations. However the unexperienced team in contract management was unable to prove his statements. Argos Construction presented the claim and has shown to the Employer that he had not only a truncated vision of the actual situation but also the contractor was working with rigor and that lead it to get new contracts.
